POSITION OVERVIEW: Reports to the Program Director. Responsible for implementation of the CIS Model at the assigned school. Build and maintain relationships with school staff, parents, volunteers, and partners; provide orientations/trainings; complete Needs Assessment; implement School Support Plan; launch School Support Team; organize family engagement and student activities; collaborate across sites; communicate using Restorative Practices. Coordinate services and provide case management (Tier I/II/III); broker resources with Program Director; provide case management for prioritized students; monitor attendance, behavior, coursework, SEL; advocate for access to educational and health resources; provide referrals; maintain secure case files. DATA: Collect/enter data; complete required reports using CISDM; evaluate effectiveness; adjust plans; create midyear and end-of-year reports. IMPLEMENTATION: Support programming in new schools; complete Needs Assessments and Support Plans; provide initial Tier I supports. WORKING CONDITIONS: Full-time, in-person presence at assigned school and other district sites; reliable transportation; consistent attendance; ability to meet deadlines. SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary $42,200; mileage reimbursement at IRS rate; $30/month cell reimbursement; employee health insurance 100% covered; access to employee-paid dependent insurance; stipend for eligible opt-out; access to vision, dental, and life; employer-paid short-term disability; access to long-term disability; 401k match up to 3.5%; school holidays and month of July off; one sick day/month. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in education programs/schools and/or with children/adolescents; commitment to educational equity; adaptability; excellent written/oral communication; strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to work with CIS/district/school staff, students, and families.
