POSITION OVERVIEW: Reports to the Program Director. The Student Support Coordinator is responsible for implementation of the CIS Model at the assigned school.Build and Maintain Effective Relationships: Develop relationships with school staff, parents, volunteers, and community partners; provide orientation/training; complete annual Needs Assessment; implement School Support Plan; launch School Support Team; organize family engagement and student activities; collaborate to re-engage students; communicate effectively (e.g., Restorative Practices).Coordinate Needed Services & Provide Case Management Services: Design, implement, and partner with community organizations to coordinate programs/services/resources (Tier I/II/III); broker resources; provide case management across academics, basic needs, behavior, CCR, physical/mental health, social/life skills; monitor attendance, behavior, coursework, and SEL; advocate for access; make referrals; maintain secure case files.Collect, Report, and Analyze Data: Enter data and complete required reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) in CISDM; use data to adjust School Support Plans; evaluate supports; create midyear and end-of-year reports.Implementation: Support programming in new schools (Needs Assessments & Support Plans); provide initial Tier I supports.WORKING CONDITIONS: Full-time, in-person presence in assigned school and district sites as needed; reliable transportation; consistent attendance; ability to meet deadlines.SALARY AND BENEFITS: Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate); $30/month cell phone reimbursement; employee health insurance 100% covered with access to dependent coverage; access to vision, dental, life; employer-paid short-term disability and access to long-term disability; 401k match up to 3.5%; school holidays and July off; one sick day/month.
