Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy and Impact, the Strategy Support Specialist assists in data analysis and reporting, managing communications and branding efforts, coordinating partnerships and stakeholder engagements, facilitating culture-building initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. By providing comprehensive support in these areas, the Strategy Support Specialist will enable the Senior Director to fulfill their role with maximum efficiency and impact.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Support the Senior Director of Strategy and Impact in setting the organization's strategic vision and objectives.
  • Assist in analyzing and interpreting impact data, preparing reports, and communicating key findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage communications efforts, including social media, website content, and branding materials, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships, including outreach, engagement, and collaboration.
  • Lead culture-building initiatives within the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide project management support for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement efforts, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing solutions to optimize organizational effectiveness.
